1. Order processing

Once your payment is confirmed, we typically process your order within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
After processing, you’ll receive a notification with tracking information.


2. Delivery time

  • Standard delivery times (after order processing) are generally:
    • Domestic: 2–4 business days
    • International: 5–10 business days
  • Please note that custom-duties, local processing, and public holidays in the destination country can affect delivery time.

3. Shipping costs

The shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and the selected shipping method. You can always view the exact shipping cost before finalising your order.


4. Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number. You can track your shipment by visiting our tracking portal at:

Use the tracking number provided and your postal code to check the status of your delivery.


5. Returns / Delivery issues

If you experience any of the following, please refer to our returns & claims section at https://zodiacsignelements.com:

  • Your parcel has not arrived after the estimated delivery time + 3 business days.
  • The tracking status indicates “delivered”, but you did not receive the package.
  • The parcel is damaged on arrival.
    Please keep the packaging and contents intact until the claim is resolved.

6. Special shipping cases

  • For high-volume or special promotional orders, delivery may take slightly longer — we will notify you separately if this applies.
  • For orders to remote or overseas territories, additional customs or import clearance may apply. These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Changes & cancellations

  • Changes to the delivery address or cancellation of the order must be requested before the order is dispatched. Once the parcel has left our warehouse, we cannot guarantee modifications.
  • If you cancel after dispatch, you’ll need to follow the returns process outlined at https://zodiacsignelements.com.
